Located in Lusby, Maryland, The Hopkins Music Studio, LLC offers private piano lessons and music classes to students of all ages.
Founded in 2025, The Hopkins Music Studio is committed to providing high-quality music education to students of all ages. The studio's mission is to cultivate a deep appreciation for music, foster creativity, and share a love of music with students of all ages and abilities.
MEET THE OWNER!
LINDSAY HOPKINS, NCTM, B.A., M.S.
Owner and Instructor
Ms. Lindsay Hopkins is a licensed piano teacher and a certified elementary teacher. Born in Edgewater, Maryland, Ms. Hopkins grew up in a musical family. During her childhood, she played piano and clarinet, was a school chorus and band member, and was a musical theater performer for many years. At Elon University, she studied piano and piano pedagogy under Mrs. Eden Esters Brown and Dr. Victoria Fischer Faw.
Following her graduation, Ms. Hopkins was an elementary teacher for four years, teaching both first and second grade. Students under her care showed high motivation to succeed, significant growth and academic achievement, and a passion for the learning experience. She earned her M.S. in Educational Studies from Johns Hopkins University in 2023. When not at the studio, Ms. Hopkins can be found boating, gaming, making pottery, or playing with her two bunnies, Bumi and Moki.
